What You Will Do
- Develop and implement sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales KPIs and prepare reports for senior leadership
- Coach and guide Sales Representatives through an established sales process
- Review and authorize customer purchase orders
- Proofread customer proposals for accuracy before submission
- Close sales and maintain current pricing knowledge
Required Skills
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platform
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Excellent written, verbal, and mathematical skills
- Conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Industry experience in wholesale industrial equipment or distribution preferred
