A growing company in the Port Richey area is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join its team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a professional office or call center setting, be comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, and possess strong organizational skills. Experience contacting customers regarding past-due accounts and coordinating appointments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding account updates and past-due balances
- Schedule service appointments and delivery orders
- Coordinate scheduling with internal departments
- Process customer payments and assist with billing inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a professional office or call center environment
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Experience with collections, accounts receivable, or past-due account calls is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Professional work references required
- Experience with service scheduling or dispatching is a plus
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
