Production Coordinator
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a local industrial company that needs a Production Coordinator. The associate will Administer and organize project related activities under the direction of the Production Manager targeting the successful execution of all projects. Must have excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong ability to collaborate with multiple team members.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Qualifications:
Detailed oriented, precise, and thorough in completing work tasks.
Set priorities, schedule job activities, organize tasks.
Good at problem solving.
What You will Be Doing:
You will support project operations by communicating with customers, scheduling, record keeping, material and labor procurement.
Create purchase orders, change orders & material orders.
Communicate all pertinent project information to clients (verbally & written)
Produce & update schedules as needed.
Coordinate permitting & inspections and repair services.
Issue change orders & communicate answers to all parties.
Review daily logs & recaps from subcontractors.
Build project start-up folders.
Assist with punch list management.
Maintaining both physical & electronic record
