Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a local industrial company that needs a Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk. Must have solid QuickBooks skills, (desktop/Enterprise version-this version does require signing into the cloud for use), full knowledge of Microsoft Excel, (working/understanding the formulas/cells).
Location: Pensacola, Fl
Position Type: Evaluation Hire
Pay: $18
Schedule: Monday- Friday 10:30am-5pm
Qualifications:
**Must be able to pass tests proving experience with QuickBooks Desktop, Accounting, General Admin & Excel spreadsheets
Associate will record & categorize financial transactions, sales, purchases, payment and receipts, and journal entries.
Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, reconcile bank statements & credit card accounts Process accounts payable and receivables.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Maintain confidentiality of all financial data, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal accounting and tax regulations.
