Job Summary:
Local payroll company is looking for someone that can process payroll in a back office position.

Location: Pensacola
Position Type: Evaluation Hire
Pay: $16/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Qualifications:
- Emailing clients and potential new account information, follow up, etc
- Process payroll (with this is a need to be proficient at excel, word, and Microsoft office)
- Scanning Documents to be uploaded into related software and saved to the home drive.
- The ability to reconcile and find invoice discrepancies, quality control check of all completed work
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to take constructive criticism as it relates to performance
- Exceptional Attendance (If you miss 3 days out of a month, you are missing too much work)
- And other duties as assigned!
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Experienced in processing payroll (Experience with PayPlus software is a PLUS but not required)
