Job Full Description
SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for an apartment complex here in Pensacola. The role includes troubleshooting/repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances, plus daily inspections, completing work orders, and preparing units for new residents.
EPA certification is required.
Location: Pensacola, FL
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $23/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
