Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable A/C and Pool Heater Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting residential and commercial air conditioning systems and pool heaters. You must have strong technical knowledge, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:

Service, repair, and maintain A/C systems and pool heaters

Diagnose system issues and recommend appropriate solutions

Communicate clearly with customers about issues, repairs, and options
-
Properly maintain and stock your assigned service vehicle
-
Accurately document work orders and materials used

Attend company meetings and participate in ongoing training

Collaborate with dispatch, management, and fellow technicians
-
Cross-train and assist other departments when needed

Promote and upsell company services and products where appropriate
Required Qualifications:
-
Experience with air conditioning systems and pool heater maintenance

Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
-
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Willingness to be on-call and work overtime as needed
-
EPA Certification preferred
-
Ability to work independently and maintain a professional appearance
