We are working with a local roofing repair company that is looking for a highly motivated and proactive Administrator/Scheduler.
In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently scheduling and coordinating repair, service, and warranty appointments, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
A "can do" attitude, strong communication skills, and Salesforce experience are essential for success.
Location: Sarasota, FL
Pay: $20–$24/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am-4:00 pm(30-Minute Lunch)
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for roofing repairs, services, and warranty work with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Communicate effectively with Field Superintendent, Crew Leaders, and Clients to confirm appointments and provide timely updates.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date schedule for field technicians and service crews, including materials order confirmation and tracking.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate records of appointments, service requests, and work orders.
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service activities and performance metrics using Salesforce.
- Provide administrative support to the Repair/Service/Warranty department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
- A positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and empathetically.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, GPS tracking apps, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
