We have partnered with a local medical manufacturer who is looking for a Medical Simulation Technician to join their team!

This role involves the assembly, configuration, and preparation of medical simulators, ensuring they meet our highest standards of quality, accuracy, and performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

Pay Rate: $24/Hour

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales order documentation for accuracy and timely processing.

  • Prepare, configure, and verify medical simulators per specifications.

  • Connect simulators to devices and perform system setups.

  • Maintain accurate inventory and issue items via ERP system.

  • Troubleshoot hardware and system configuration issues.

  • Ensure simulators are ready for quality control inspection and secure shipment.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment while meeting production goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Technical certification or associate degree in electronics, IT, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly, preferably in the medical device or electronics industries.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with iterative development processes.

  • Experience working with sophisticated technical products.

  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes or regulated production environments.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Familiar with ERP systems (Deltek Costpoint preferred).

  • Experience configuring computers/tablets and installing software.

  • Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.

  • Effective communication and ability to interpret technical instructions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift or push up to 50 pounds (simulators).

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
