Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (4x10 shifts)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented team member for a General Production / Warehouse Fulfillment role. In this position, you’ll support daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, inventory stocking, and preparing shipments. This is a hands-on, active role requiring regular lifting, standing, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive and review incoming pick tickets; locate and retrieve products accurately.

Pack and prepare orders for shipping (USPS, UPS, FedEx, LTL).

Stock inventory manually or using warehouse equipment.

Assist in maintaining clean, organized inventory and work areas.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Follow all safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues.

Support other production and fulfillment tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

1 year of warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred

Forklift or pallet jack certification is a plus
Skills & Abilities:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs. (team lift required for heavier items)

Familiarity with hand trucks, pallet jacks, and general warehouse equipment

Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse systems

Able to stand and walk for extended periods

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
