MIG Welder
Location: Sarasota, FL
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00–$24.00/hour (based on experience)
We are currently hiring for a skilled and certified MIG Welder to join a manufacturing team in Sarasota. This full-time role involves welding according to blueprints and ensuring high-quality standards in all finished products. Ideal candidates will have hands-on MIG welding experience and a strong eye for detail.
Job Duties:

Perform MIG welding based on supplied blueprints

Ensure all welds meet quality inspection standards and required tolerances

Identify and document defective materials in collaboration with the quality team

Report inventory discrepancies to the production supervisor or inventory analyst

Maintain a safe and organized work area

Support daily production goals and perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of MIG welding experience

MIG welding certification required

Experience working with TIG/MIG equipment and reading blueprints

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications
