Job Full Description
Our client is a well-established, high-end home remodeling company with 18 years of experience. Originally founded in New York, the business relocated to Sarasota 3–4 years ago. They specialize in luxury home renovations and select high-end retail remodeling projects, completing approximately 50–80 projects per year, typically ranging from $20,000 to $200,000.
The role involves managing 2–3 active projects at a time, which may be located anywhere from Tampa to Charlotte County. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in high-end residential remodeling, a strong eye for design and detail, and the ability to ensure projects meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors and in-house crews, coordinating project schedules, ensuring materials are on-site, addressing client questions, and maintaining consistent progress across multiple job sites. The position requires both leadership and hands-on involvement to ensure every project runs smoothly and meets client expectations.
