Bookkeeper / Accountant – Full-Time Opportunity
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant to join their team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day accounting and finance functions, including:
- Accounts Receivable (A/R)
- Accounts Payable (A/P)
- General Ledger entries
- Financial statement preparation
- Sales tax filings
- Payroll processing for approximately 15 employees
Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a strong plus. However, candidates with a solid background in QuickBooks or other accounting software, along with the ability and eagerness to learn NetSuite, are highly encouraged to apply. The expectation is to collaborate and help out with additional office tasks as well as ad hoc projects.
