We are partnered with a growing company in Sarasota, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. This is an entry-level administrative position responsible for providing front office support, greeting visitors, answering and transferring phone calls, and assisting with general office tasks such as scanning and filing. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous office or receptionist experience preferred, but not required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Professional and friendly demeanor when greeting guests and answering phones.

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls.

  • Perform basic administrative duties, including scanning, filing, and copying documents.

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.

  • Assist team members with general clerical support as needed.

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and employees.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, full time

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
