Job Title: Temporary Cleaning Associate
Assignment Length: 30–90 days (expected ~45 days)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Associate for a temporary assignment to support a property that is preparing to reopen after construction. This role is more industrial than housekeeping and will primarily focus on cleaning and maintaining outdoor common areas to ensure they are ready for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep and mop walkways, hallways, and other common areas
- Clean and sanitize elevators, including wiping down and mopping interiors
- Wipe down handrails and other high-touch surfaces
- Wash exterior windows
- Assist with pressure washing, if experienced (preferred but not required)
- Maintain overall cleanliness of outdoor and shared spaces to a high standard
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Physical ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods of time
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work
- Ability to follow direction and work independently when needed
Attire:
- Closed-toe shoes required
- General neat appearance (casual but put together)
- Additional attire guidelines will be provided prior to start
