Job Full Description
We are assisting a medical product manufacturing company in Sarasota with the search for a Machine Operator. This role will be responsible for operating and monitoring a specialized pouch machine used in the production process.
Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay:
• $19/hour while temporary
• Increase to $21/hour upon full-time hire
Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor a pouch machine during production
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery as needed
• Ensure products meet quality and safety standards
• Perform routine checks and basic machine maintenance
• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Work efficiently to meet production goals
Qualifications:
• Prior machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Quick learner with the ability to understand complex machinery
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
