Job Full Description
The Administrative Services Coordinator provides administrative, reporting, and analytical support to the Vice President of Communications and Community Engagement in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role uses advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills to manage data, prepare reports, and support supporter communications for child welfare programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support child welfare programs and events including gift drives, conferences, appreciation events, and community outreach initiatives
- Create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets tracking supporter activity, campaign progress, and reporting metrics
- Use advanced Excel formulas to summarize and transform data for reporting
- Prepare supporter summaries, statements, and department reports
- Draft, edit, and proofread professional supporter correspondence
- Document supporter activity and correspondence in Raiser’s Edge
- Reconcile revenue data with accounting records
- Assist with campaign implementation, special projects, and event logistics
- Attend occasional evening or weekend community events as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience with development or CRM databases; Raiser’s Edge preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; strong proficiency in Word and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative team player
Salary: $55K - $60K/year
