Job Full Description
We are seeking a dependable and professional Temporary Administrative Assistant to support a busy professional office in Sarasota during tax season. This is a full-time, temporary role expected to run from the last week of February through April 15.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (with lunch break)
Assignment Length: Late February through April 15
Position Summary:
The Temporary Administrative Assistant will provide front office and administrative support, including phone coverage, reception backup, scheduling, document scanning, and client communication. This role requires strong communication skills, comfort with computer systems, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally

Provide backup reception support as needed

Schedule appointments using Outlook

Scan and organize client documents

Assist clients with secure document upload and download using internal software

Perform general administrative and clerical duties

Support office staff during peak tax season workflow
