Job Full Description
Seeking a reliable, hands-on Production Lead to join our manufacturing team. This is a working lead role, not a desk or office supervisor position. The ideal candidate will work alongside production employees daily while helping keep the department running efficiently.
About the Role
This position supports daily production by leading by example. You will assist with overseeing production flow, setting up machines, and participating directly in hands-on manufacturing and assembly work. This role is best suited for someone who has led a smaller production team and is comfortable being involved in the work, not just directing it.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Consistent, reliable attendance is required
Key Responsibilities
• Participate daily in hands-on production and assembly work
• Assist with overseeing production employees and workflow
• Set up and adjust production equipment and machinery
• Coordinate daily tasks with production management and scheduling
• Ensure materials are pulled and ready for daily production needs
• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting and upkeep
• Support quality control and timely order completion
Qualifications
• 2–5 years of experience working in and leading a production environment
• Hands-on experience operating or setting up production equipment
• Comfortable performing physical production work as needed
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment without AC
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus, not required)
Pay
Target starting range: $21–$22 per hour
Some flexibility may be considered for the right candidate
