Job Full Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Representative for a manufacturer to assist with coordination and administrative functions for an installation team. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices from installers using an ERP system
- Create and manage internal purchase orders within a CRM system
- Follow up with installers regarding pending installation appointments
- Confirm installation completions with customers
- Respond to phone and email inquiries from purchasing agents, installers, customers, and internal team members
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects efficiently
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- Support a high-performance, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service and/or administrative support
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Syspro) preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM
Pay Rate: $19/hour
