We are working with a leading organization in the healthcare simulation industry that is seeking a Production Technician to join their team.
Schedule: Full-time
Compensation: $25/hour
Position Summary:
The Production Technician is responsible for the assembly, configuration, testing, and preparation of medical simulators. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and work with complex equipment in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, stage, and prepare medical simulators according to specifications
- Configure and image computers and tablets to integrate with simulator systems
- Connect simulators to tablets and/or all-in-one systems as required
- Verify components and accessories against sales orders for accuracy
- Utilize ERP systems to manage inventory and process orders
- Prepare simulators for quality control inspection and shipment
- Pack equipment securely to ensure safe transportation
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and system configuration issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical certification or associate degree in electronics, IT, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or assembly preferred
- Experience working with technical or electronic equipment
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory processes preferred
- Ability to follow technical instructions and documentation

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move equipment up to 60 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform hands-on work for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a production or warehouse-style environment
