Technical Customer Support Specialist
Pay: $20-$23/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Full-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to provide expert-level support for mobility and accessibility products. This role supports dealers, distributors, and end-users by troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone-based technical support for mobility and lift products
- Troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems and guide repair solutions
- Assist customers and partners with product questions, service issues, and troubleshooting
- Process service requests, return authorizations, and related documentation
- Support training sessions for dealers and customers
- Create and maintain training materials and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product support and customer experience
- Occasionally provide on-site technical support (limited travel)
- Use internal systems such as CRM and ERP platforms to manage cases and documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and troubleshooting
- Ability to read schematics or technical diagrams
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred (Salesforce, Syspro, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
