Job Full Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to support installation operations by maintaining accurate installer records, ensuring compliance requirements are met, and assisting with Salesforce Field Service administration. This role plays a key part in supporting installer onboarding, account maintenance, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update installer account information and related documentation
- Assist with new installer application processing and onboarding procedures
- Track Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and monitor expiration dates to ensure ongoing compliance
- Coordinate compliance-related communications with installers
- Support account audits and documentation reviews
- Assist with evaluating installer coverage needs and obtaining internal approvals
- Provide support for Salesforce Field Service, including user setup, mobile application assistance, work order support, and basic reporting
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to quality control procedures
- Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
- Support reporting and data analysis efforts as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Education, Communications, a Technical Field, or a related discipline; equivalent work experience will be considered
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, compliance, or related role
- Experience with Salesforce or similar field service management software preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable presenting information to small or medium-sized groups
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and internet-based applications
- Experience with reporting, data analysis, forecasting, or demand planning is a plus
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization
- Valid driver's license required
