A growing manufacturing company is seeking mechanically inclined individuals interested in building a long-term career in production and machine operation. This position offers hands-on training, opportunities for advancement, and performance-based pay increases.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with setup and operation of folding and gluing equipment
- Load materials and monitor machine performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments as trained
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Employees may occasionally be asked to start early or stay late to meet production demands.
