Starting Pay: $15.00/Hour
A growing manufacturing company is seeking mechanically inclined individuals interested in learning a skilled trade. This position offers hands-on training with opportunities for advancement, cross-training, and performance-based wage increases.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and operation of die cutting equipment
- Load materials and monitor production runs
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting as trained
- Follow production schedules and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with machine changeovers and production support tasks
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
