Busy local manufacturing shop is looking for an Assistant Office Manager who can juggle phones, payroll, and billing — and keep the operations humming!

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the frontline voice of the company – answer phones, greet visitors, and support the team.

  • Handle billing, payroll, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Assist with purchasing, scheduling, and daily office operations.

  • Coordinate with production staff to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

  • Keep records organized and up to date.


What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of office management, administrative, or bookkeeping experience (manufacturing experience a plus!).

  • Strong skills in phone communication, payroll processing, and billing/invoicing.

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office / QuickBooks / Excel (or similar software).

  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask like a pro.

  • Great attention to detail — because the small stuff matters!
