Staff Accountant – Direct Hire | $65,000–$75,000
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a driven Staff Accountant to join a growing billion-dollar company in a direct hire opportunity. If you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Support monthly & year-end close (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations)
- Manage bank & credit card reconciliations and fixed assets
- Oversee AP and assist with payroll journal entries
- Handle commission calculations & daily revenue/KPI reporting
- Analyze financial data and support tax filings
- Assist with reporting, cash management & special projects
What You Bring:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance preferred
- ERP experience (SAP, Sage, NetSuite)
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Solid financial reporting & cash management knowledge
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
