We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Loader/Unloader to join our warehouse team immediately. This position is very fast-paced and operates on the hot dock, requiring constant movement, heavy lifting, and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight efficiently on the hot dock
• Operate rider-type power pallet jacks
• Operate sit-down forklifts safely and effectively
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
• Maintain productivity standards in a high-volume environment
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Work collaboratively with dock and warehouse team members

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience operating rider pallet jacks
• Ability to operate sit-down forklifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to work in a high-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working on a hot dock
• Warehouse or distribution center experience
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
