Registration Desk Typist

Express Employment Professionals is seeking skilled Registration Desk Typists to provide on-site support for an upcoming event at the Tampa Convention Center.

Responsibilities:

• Update existing attendee registrations (package changes, detail updates, and product additions)
• Process new registrations for walk-up attendees
• Provide excellent customer service and answer attendee questions
• Accurately use registration software on a laptop (seated position)

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Confident typing and technology skills
• Familiarity with Windows functions (mouse, keyboard, tabs, drop-down menus, screens)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable working on a laptop in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the Tampa Convention Center is a plus
