Key Responsibilities
- Perform general filing of paper and electronic documents
- Type and enter information accurately into basic computer systems
- Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with customer service responsibilities as needed (phone/email support)
- Scan, copy, and organize office records
- Receive and distribute paperwork within the office
- Support office staff with routine clerical and administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry, email, basic office software)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures

- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
