Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This role involves cutting and preparing foam glass insulation materials according to precise specifications. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with tools and machinery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cut foam glass insulation material accurately based on provided specifications and measurements
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and measurement guidelines
• Use and read a ruler and tape measure with precision
• Operate a bandsaw and other cutting tools safely and efficiently
• Perform material handling, including medium lifting of insulation products
• Inspect finished cuts to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic with a commitment to reliability and punctuality
• Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately
• Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures and rulers
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn operation of bandsaws and similar equipment
• Ability to perform medium lifting and physical labor throughout the workday
