Position Overview
Express Employment Professionals, is looking for skilled Window Installers to join our team. This role involves installing and replacing windows in residential properties with a focus on precision, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install new windows and replace existing units in residential homes
- Measure openings and ensure proper fit and sealing
- Remove old windows safely and prep areas for installation
- Ensure installations are weatherproof, secure, and code compliant
- Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Communicate with customers and team members professionally
Qualifications
- Previous window installation or construction experience required
- Knowledge of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work on ladders and in varying conditions
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work physically demanding tasks
