This role involves supporting customers and the sales team by managing orders, responding to inquiries, and helping resolve issues.
Job Description:
- Pay rate $19 per hour
- Monday – Friday | Full-time
- Long Term | First shift
- Communicating with customers via phone and email
- Providing product and service information
- Processing quotes and entering orders into the ERP system
- Coordinating delivery timelines and resolving order exceptions
- Reviewing open orders and following up with customers
- Supporting sales and engineering teams with account-related tasks
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring resolution
- Identifying missed sales opportunities through order analysis
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Speak, read, and comprehend in English
- Recent and relevant work history in the last 6 months
