Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Assisting Customers: Welcoming customers, answering their questions, and providing product information. 
  • Sales Transactions: Processing sales, accepting payments, and handling returns and refunds. 
  • Order Fulfillment: Taking orders, checking inventory, and ensuring smooth order processing. 
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent service, resolving customer issues, and building relationships. 
  • Maintaining a Sales Environment: Keeping the counter area organized, stocking shelves, and ensuring a clean and attractive display of merchandise. 
  • Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, restocking products, and assisting with deliveries. 
  • Sales Goal Achievement: Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets. 
  • Communication: Answering phones, providing information to customers, and following up on orders.
