Job Full Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Ability to review and analyze budgets/GP.
? Represent DMS on client calls and emails.
? Provide superior customer service to Field Leadership and/or Clients.
? Manage a large volume of emails daily. (Gmail)
? Monitor/address general emails received within relation to assigned job duties in a
timely fashion.
? Create, update and maintain spreadsheets and other documents utilizing primarily MS
Office / G-Suite products (Google Sheets, Slides, etc.)
? Creation of client specific analysis reports reflecting metrics including staffing, budgets,
revenue, attendance and any other specific report asked to present.
? Support the Client Relations Executive and assist with any client needs.
? Support the CRE in managing client specific KPI’s.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
? Ability to work independently or collaborate within a group to complete assigned tasks.
? Computer skills including:
? Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), G-Suite Products (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
? Well organized and ability to manage multiple priorities on a daily basis.
? Work independently and highly self motivated.
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
? Initiative, attention to detail.
? Thoroughness, dependability, tact and courtesy; ability to work in a team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
? High School Diploma or Equivalent.
? Office Environment experience preferred.
? Customer service experience preferred.
? Excel and/or Google Sheets experience required
