Job Full Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to review and analyze budgets/GP.
  • Provide superior customer service to Field Leadership and/or Clients.
  • Manage a large volume of emails daily. (Gmail)
  • Monitor/address general emails received within relation to assigned job duties in a
    timely fashion.
  • Create, update and maintain spreadsheets and other documents utilizing primarily MS Office / G-Suite products (Google Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Creation of client specific analysis reports reflecting metrics including staffing, budgets, revenue, attendance and any other specific report asked to present.
  • Support the Client Relations Executive and assist with any client needs.
  • Support the CRE in managing client specific KPI’s.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES

  • Ability to work independently or collaborate within a group to complete assigned tasks.
  • Computer skills including:
  • Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), G-Suite Products (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Well organized and ability to manage multiple priorities on a daily basis.
  • Work independently and highly self motivated.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Initiative, attention to detail.
  • Thoroughness, dependability, tact and courtesy; ability to work in a team environment.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Office Environment experience preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Excel and/or Google Sheets experience required
