Inside Sales Representative – Telesales Outbound Campaigns (No Cold Calling)

$18/hour + commission, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Join a fast-paced, performance-driven sales team where your communication skills and career mindset will thrive. We’re hiring a Sales Representative to contact existing customers using Predictive Dialer Technology, present solutions based on State and Federal regulation changes, and offer subscription services such as compliance postings and digital training products.  NO COLD CALLING.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Contact existing customers through company-provided campaigns (no cold calling)

  • Communicate regulatory updates and present relevant subscription solutions

  • Achieve daily and monthly performance goals including:

    • Number of dials

    • Talk time

    • Sales conversion rate

    • Average order value

    • Total revenue generated

    • Return percentage

  • Maintain high standards for customer experience and sales accuracy

  • Modify customer accounts and input order details into CRM systems

  • Stay current on product offerings, company procedures, and industry trends

  • Participate in coaching sessions to improve objection handling and sales techniques

  • Collaborate with supervisors and mentors through call listening and role-playing exercises

 Daily Expectations
  • Make an average of 200 outbound calls per day using Predictive Dialer

  • Target 5–8 orders per day, averaging 30 dials per order

  • Enter orders into sales tracking systems accurately

  • Engage in daily, weekly, and monthly performance incentives

  • Contribute to a competitive and supportive team environment

  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills

  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM/order entry systems
