Full-Time | On-Site Only
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22–$25/hr (based on experience)
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Follow-Up & Lead Scheduling Coordinator to join a local Tampa construction business.
This role ensures every client, inquiry, and lead receives timely communication and is scheduled properly. If you’re detail-oriented, great on the phone, and thrive in keeping operations running smoothly, we’d love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities

Make follow-up calls to inbound leads and inquiries

Schedule on-site consultations and appointments

Conduct daily “control calls” to provide client updates

Maintain accurate notes and records in the CRM system

Track job progress and communicate with project managers as needed

Send reminders, confirmations, and follow-up emails

Deliver friendly, professional customer service at all times

Maintain a consistent schedule and strong work ethic
Requirements

Strong communication and phone skills

Comfortable making outbound calls daily

Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus)

Must work in-office only (no remote work)
