Office Follow-Up & Lead Scheduling Coordinator

Tampa FL 33615

Full-Time | On-Site Only

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $22–$25/hr (based on experience)

 

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Follow-Up & Lead Scheduling Coordinator to join a local Tampa construction business.

This role ensures every client, inquiry, and lead receives timely communication and is scheduled properly. If you’re detail-oriented, great on the phone, and thrive in keeping operations running smoothly, we’d love to have you on our team.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Make follow-up calls to inbound leads and inquiries

  • Schedule on-site consultations and appointments

  • Conduct daily “control calls” to provide client updates

  • Maintain accurate notes and records in the CRM system

  • Track job progress and communicate with project managers as needed

  • Send reminders, confirmations, and follow-up emails

  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service at all times

  • Maintain a consistent schedule and strong work ethic

 Requirements
  • Strong communication and phone skills

  • Comfortable making outbound calls daily

  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

  • Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus)

  • Must work in-office only (no remote work)

  • Positive attitude and customer service mindset
