Executive Administrative Assistant - Experience Required
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $24–$34 per hour, based on experience

Position Overview
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Owner of a financial services firm. This role requires exceptional organization, professionalism, and the ability to manage sensitive information with absolute confidentiality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly reliable, comfortable working with numbers, and proficient in Excel. You will play a key role in keeping the owner’s schedule, tasks, and priorities running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the owner’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and financial documents.

Assist with data entry, tracking, and organization of financial information.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and discretion.

Organize and maintain digital and physical files, records, and documentation.

Support meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, and follow-up tasks.

Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports as needed.

Track deadlines, project milestones, and follow-up items for the owner.

Serve as a liaison between the owner, clients, and internal team members.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and personal information.
Qualifications

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

Strong Excel skills and comfort working with numbers are required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to prioritize effectively.

Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
