Control Panel Builder
Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30pm-4pm
Location: Tampa FL
Position Overview
The Control Panel Builder is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing industrial control panels in accordance with UL508A standards. This role requires hands-on electrical experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience building industrial control panels.
Key Responsibilities

Build and assemble industrial control panels to UL508A specifications.

Perform equipment wiring, terminations, and point-to-point panel wiring.

Test completed panels for functionality, accuracy, and safety.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.

Mount components, route wiring, and ensure clean, organized panel layouts.

Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.

Troubleshoot wiring issues and make corrections as needed.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience building industrial control panels.

Strong knowledge of UL508A standards.

Experience with equipment wiring and electrical testing.
