Core Responsibilities & Duties

Machine Operation: Operate industrial blenders, mixers, pumps, and scales to process materials.
Formula Adherence: Weigh, measure, and load raw materials (liquids, solids, powder) based on specific recipes or work orders.
Monitoring & Control: Monitor equipment performance, adjust settings, and ensure proper blending times to meet production standards.
Quality Control: Take samples for lab testing and inspect blended materials for consistency, color, or viscosity.
Maintenance & Sanitation: Clean and sanitize equipment, tanks, and work areas between batches to prevent cross-contamination
Documentation: Record production data, batch information, and ingredient usage accurately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or handling industrial blending equipment is often required.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of mechanical systems and ability to troubleshoot machinery.
Math & Literacy: Ability to read work orders, formulas, and perform basic math for measurements.
Safety Focus: Strict adherence to safety guidelines, including using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
