Job Summary
The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating transportation and translation services for workers’ compensation patients while maintaining a positive, professional, and service-focused demeanor. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, collaborating with clients, patients, drivers, and translators, collecting and entering appointment information, and consistently meeting production expectations.
Primary Responsibilities

Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

Coordinate transportation and translation services for workers’ compensation patients.

Communicate and collaborate with clients, patients, drivers, and translators.

Collect, verify, and enter appointment details accurately.
