Bilingual Quality Control Inspector – Manufacturing
Bilingual Required (English/Spanish)
Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm

General Purpose
We are seeking a highly organized Quality Control Supervisor to oversee a small QCIM team responsible for raw material management, finished product testing, label control, and documentation. This is a hands-on working supervisor role supporting daily quality operations in a cGMP manufacturing environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is required to support communication across departments and documentation needs.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily QCIM team operations

Ensure timely sampling of raw materials

Manage retain sample programs for raw materials and finished products

Coordinate submission of samples to external testing laboratories

Oversee in-house testing procedures

Manage label inventory control and inspection
-
Report data accurately and on time using specification forms
-
Create Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for supervisor approval

Maintain documentation in compliance with cGMP standards

Perform other duties as assigned

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency with PC software; MS Office or Google Docs preferred
