Bilingual Forklift Driver (Spanish/English)

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Bilingual Forklift Driver to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, staging flooring orders, and general warehouse duties. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., operate forklifts safely, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and stage materials

Perform general warehouse duties, including stocking, organizing, and material handling

Support shipping and receiving, including verifying incoming and outgoing orders

Stage flooring orders accurately for customer pickup or delivery

Build and prepare pallets and boxes for shipment

Use handheld scanners for inventory tracking and order processing

Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift

Maintain a clean and safe warehouse, including sweeping and organizing

Communicate effectively with team members in both English and Spanish
Qualifications

Experience operating a forklift (certification preferred)

Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience

Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently

Basic computer and scanner skills

Strong attention to detail and safety

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
