Production Associate – Assembly & Warehouse Support
Location: Tampa, FL 33626
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $19/HR
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to support the assembly and production of electrical lighting products. This role includes assembling light fixtures, picking and packing orders, and using basic hand and power tools. Ideal candidates are hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble electrical lights and lighting components according to specifications

Build and assemble light fixtures using hand tools and power tools

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow production instructions and meet daily output goals

Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications

Experience with assembly, production, or warehouse work preferred

Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

Ability to follow written instructions and assembly diagrams

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 40 lbs

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
