Job Summary
We are seeking an Entry-Level Medical Device Repair Technician to join our team. No prior experience is required — we will provide full training. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, has strong hand-eye coordination, and can follow detailed instructions and diagrams. This role involves repairing, assembling, and reassembling medical devices, including endoscopy equipment, using small hand tools.
Key Responsibilities

Repair, assemble, and reassemble medical devices, including endoscopy equipment

Use small hand tools such as screwdrivers, picks, and precision tools

Read and interpret parts diagrams, manuals, and written instructions

Inspect devices for damage, wear, or malfunction

Perform detailed, hands-on work with accuracy and consistency

Document repairs and maintain accurate records

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications

No experience required — full training provided

Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on repair work

Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills

Ability to follow diagrams, instructions, and standard operating procedures
