Powder Coat Line Associate - Entry Level - No experience needed - 4am-2:30pm with Overtime
Location: Tampa, FL 33635
Pay: $17/hr Schedule: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime available)
Experience Required: No experience needed — mechanical skills a plus
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Powder Coat Line Associate to support daily production operations. This is an entry-level role with on-the-job training provided. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude or experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments will excel, but no prior powder-coat experience is required.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and assist with the powder coat production line

Hang, prep, and inspect parts before coating

Load and unload materials from racks and conveyors

Perform basic quality checks to ensure proper coating and finish

Maintain a clean, safe work area

Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

Support team members with general labor tasks as needed
Qualifications

No experience required — training provided

Mechanical skills or hands-on experience are a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift

Ability to stand, bend, and move for long periods

Reliable, punctual, and able to work early-morning hours

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
