Bilingual Counter Sales & Customer Service Associate (Plumbing exp. required)
Location: Tampa, FL 33634
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday 7am-4pm

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Counter Sales & Customer Service Associate with plumbing product experience who is also bilingual in Spanish and English. This role supports walk-in customers, contractors, and technicians by providing product guidance, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth, professional counter-sales experience. Candidates with hands-on plumbing knowledge or experience in plumbing supply, parts, or wholesale distribution will excel.
Key Responsibilities

Counter sales support — assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order placement

Provide expert guidance on plumbing parts, fittings, valves, tools, and materials

Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers and contractors

Process sales orders, returns, and special requests accurately

Maintain a clean, organized counter and showroom area

Build strong customer relationships through responsive, friendly service

Coordinate with warehouse staff for order fulfillment and inventory needs

Handle phone inquiries, quotes, and product availability checks

Support daily operations, including stocking shelves and light merchandising
Qualifications

Plumbing product knowledge required (parts, fittings, valves, tools, materials)

Bilingual Spanish/English required

Experience in counter sales, customer service, or plumbing supply preferred
