Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Tampa. This position is responsible for organizing inventory, performing cycle counts, maintaining accurate stock levels, and ensuring the warehouse remains clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Organize products, pallets, and warehouse storage areas
• Use pallet jacks to move materials safely
• Receive, stock, and locate inventory
• Read and follow work orders, inventory lists, and warehouse documentation
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Operate a drill and hand tools as needed

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting preferred
• Comfortable using a drill and basic hand tools
• Experience operating a pallet jack required
• Forklift experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift, move, and organize warehouse materials
• Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
