Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
The position is responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured meet or exceed quality standards as well as all safety, environmental and ISO requirements. Implement continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing and QC environment.
· Follow Instructions: Adhere to QC testing and calibration procedures.
· Data Entry: Record test results, enter CoAs into JDE.
· Sample Collection: Gather and store QC samples per standards.
· Lab Practices: Maintain proper laboratory protocols.
· Testing Records: Log results, verify accuracy.
· 5S Knowledge: Apply and train others in workplace organization.
· Supplies & Updates: Order lab supplies, update QC system daily.
· Team Support: Assist production in maintaining quality flow.
· Calibration: Ensure QC equipment is calibrated.
· Lab Improvements: Enhance testing methods and equipment.
· ISO 9001 Compliance: Maintain traceable records (CoAs, MSDS, calibration).
· Daily Reports: Document and share lab testing summaries.
· Nonconforming Products: Investigate quality issues.
· Field Test Complaints: Test and report field-related concerns.
· QC Workflow: Suggest lab process improvements.
· CoA Comparison: Validate CoAs against the Master and update system.
Schedule & Pay:
- FULL TIME; Mon-Fri, 7:00am-4:00pm
- $21/hr

· Education & Experience: Associate’s in science/engineering or 3-5 years QC lab experience.
· Organizational Skills: Manage multiple priorities efficiently.
· Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and math skills.
· Analytical Skills: Problem-solving and data analysis expertise.
· Attention to Detail: Accurate and meticulous in QC tasks.
· Technical Knowledge: Chemistry knowledge preferred.
· QC Improvement: Experience in workflow and testing enhancements.
· CoA Comparison: Compare CoAs accurately and enter data.
· QA Compliance: Ensure QC lab meets QA standards.
· Physical Requirements: Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs., stand 75%, sit 25%, frequent bending, squatting, climbing, and must pass a pre-employment physical
