🏢 Janitorial Worker – Apartment Complex (West Palm Beach, FL) 💵 Pay: $15/hour 🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitorial Worker to join our team at a residential apartment complex in West Palm Beach, Florida. This full-time position involves maintaining cleanliness and safety across both indoor and outdoor areas of the property.
Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize common areas including lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and restrooms

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust interior spaces

Maintain exterior grounds: remove trash, clean walkways, and assist with light landscaping

Restock supplies and report maintenance issues as needed

Follow safety protocols and uphold cleanliness standards
Requirements:

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required

Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred
